Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We have a 15 minute cancellation policy. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be forfeited so we do not run late for other client's appointments. If you know you will be late, please reach out as soon as possible. We may be able to adjust your appointment time so you don't lose your appointment.
If you know you can no longer make an appointment, please be courteous and let us know ASAP. This will allow us to offer that time slot to other clients.
Consistently missing appointments without notifying us MAY mean we will no longer book appointments in advance for you. Please do not put us in this position.
At this point we do not charge a cancellation fee for missed appointments, but we reserve the right to do so in the future if this becomes a consistent problem.

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
Child and Pet Policy
To keep a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for everyone, children under the age of 5 and pets are not allowed in the salon space.
Children ages 5-1 1 are allowed in the salon space when accompanied by a person aged 12 or older who is not receiving a service who can supervise them.
